The
Kirin Restaurant Group opened Kirin Mandarin Restaurant
on Alberni Street, downtown Vancouver in 1987. Just two
years later, Kirin Seafood Restaurant began on
Cambie Street by City Hall. With the influx of Asian migrants
to the Greater Vancouver Regional District over the past few
years, the Kirin Restaurant Group has opened Kirin Seafood
Restaurant, Richmond,
and Kirin Seafood Restaurant, Coquitlam
in May 1998, and April 2000, respectively.
Over the years, the Kirin Group has striven to serve both
regular clients as well as visitors. The client base keeps
expanding and includes heads of state, politicians, diplomatic
staff, senior executives, celebrities, movie stars and sport
superstars.
The Kirin Group has also established an excellent relationship
with both local and overseas tour operators and has become
the "Featured Restaurant" of numerous tours
visiting Vancouver.
